
Katrina graduated from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2013, and earned her law degree from Albany Law School in 2017. During law school, she became a New York State certified mediator and was actively involved in the Pro Bono Society. Prior to joining Phelan, Phelan & Danek, Katrina gained practical legal experience through her position as a staff attorney at a local law firm, and various internships, such as with the Division of Criminal Justice Services, and a semester as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Michael Melkonian. Katrina’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including medical malpractice and medical licensure defense. Katrina was admitted to practice in New York State in 2018 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
