Katrina Vollmer is a senior associate at the law firm of Phelan, Phelan & Danek, LLP. A civil litigation attorney, Katrina focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense and professional negligence. She also represents medical professionals in disciplinary actions brought by professional licensing boards and other State agencies, and is a certified mediator in New York State. 

Katrina is an Orange County native, and long-term resident of the Capital Region. She graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2013, and received her law degree from Albany Law School in 2017. Before joining the firm in 2018, Katrina gained practice legal experience through her employment at a large national law firm, as well as during a clerkship with the Honorable Michael Melkonian, and various internships with the Division of Criminal Justice Services and local law firms.
